Common questions
Do I pay any fees as a provider?
No. If you charge ₦100,000 for a service, you receive ₦100,000. We add a 5% processing fee to the client's payment at checkout.
Do I need a registered business to start?
No. Most onboarding fields are optional. You can start with your name, business name, and services. Add CAC or bank details when you're ready for payouts.
Can I offer home service?
Yes. Toggle in-shop visits, home service, or both — and set an optional travel fee.
When do customers see my listing?
After onboarding you can save as draft or publish. Published listings appear in the TushPlug customer app.
